Camron PR has been appointed to work with contemporary Swedish furniture brand, Lammhults with focus on their upcoming installation, Space Matters – a contemporary display in their fully refurbished flagship Stockholm showroom. During Stockholm Design Week in February, the showroom will present new product launches by Note Design Studio, in collaboration with iconic Swedish designer and longstanding Lammhults designer, Gunilla Allard as well as new works by Peter Andersson and Danish design duo, Johannes Foersom & Peter Hiort-Lorenzen.
Founded in 1945 and headquartered in Lammhult, Sweden, Lammhults’ work develops a dialogue between space, materials, history, craft and technology in response to the needs of contemporary living and working. Deeply embedded in design, with a history in modernism, the company has over 75 years of experience in the furniture industry – seeing design as a powerful tool for change and to enrich everyday life.
For Stockholm Design Week, Lammhults will open the doors to their newly refurbished, contemporary showroom space in Stockholm, representing a new evolution and creative direction for the brand, following ambitious changes within the company and new management. The showroom exhibition, Space Matters, marks Lammhults’ first collaboration with Atelier Paul Vaugoyeau – utilising the company’s well-established design knowledge and heritage and taking it in a contemporary, approachable and domestic direction. The updated space also provides visitors a new in-person experience of the brand.
At the beginning of the pandemic, Lammhults and Atelier Paul Vaugoyeau took inspiration from Lammhults’ roots as a visionary, forward-thinking design company, driving the brand towards today’s shifting working environments and responding with relevant design that answers the demands of the new modern workplace.
