Since its acquisition in 2010, Chelsfield has begun to revitalise the retail offer across The Knightsbridge Estate, introducing a number of premium brands. The next phase for The Knightsbridge Estate comprises the redevelopment of 340,000 sq ft of space at the northern side of the Estate, fronting Brompton Road and Sloane Street, due to complete in 2021.
