News GROW London 2015
"Whether you’ve got a garden spanning several acres, or a tiny window box to work with, GROW London shows you how to get the most out of your outdoor space"
Laura Reynolds, Londonist

Returning to Hampstead Heath for a second year, GROW London provided an inspiring day out with ideas on how to transform any outside space, no matter how large or small. Over three days in June, visitors came and discovered a stunning marquee styled by renowned garden designer Stephen Woodhams. Inside were over 100 exhibitors offering an unrivalled selection of contemporary and classic garden furniture, rare and hard-to-find plants from some of the country’s finest nurseries, and a tempting edit of fine garden sculpture, pots, planters, accessories and tools.

GROW also provided a programme of free talks and workshops with garden experts, from Petersham’s Thomas Broome to renowned garden designer Cleve West as well as the opportunity to discover from herbalists Victoria Chown and Kim Walker how remedies can be garnered from the garden. Four feature areas offered inspiration from the sensory delights of Petersham Nursery’s spectacular seasonal display to a charming garden with a shepherd’s hut that explored the relationship between plants and floral art.

Children were welcome along too, with workshops to get their green fingers growing. They could explore Grimm’s Fairy Tales through interactive storytelling and planting exercises, make a scented herb bag, or create their own flowers.
