Last Friday, Ali and I went to "Spooky Action," the latest installation from the design studio, The Principals. Spooky Action is a light experimentation inspired by quantum mechanics and the recently proved theory of "Spooky Action at a Distance," or the possibility of nonlocal interaction of objects over space. The Principals cleverly hid the installation in a basement space on the Lower East Side, leaving clues to its location in various ways. The project ran for 4 weeks and had a cocktail reception in honour of its last showing on Friday.
