Pietro Nolita is a new restaurant in downtown Manhattan. The tiny restaurant on Elizabeth Street offers Memphis-inspired interiors with a happy pastel pink background. Founded by Pietro Quaglia and Mina Soliman, Pietro Nolita aims to serve healthy Italian fare inspired by Pietro’s mother and home in Milan.
The décor makes the most of the 950 square foot space with custom elements including a zigzagging banquette with matching tables. Gold sconces and a mirrors throughout create cozy and inviting restaurant. Pietro Nolita is serving only breakfast now but the small menu does not disappoint.
