Lighthouse BK, a well-attended eatery in Williamsburg, opened its first spinoff, Lighthouse Outpost this August. Located on Mulberry Street in Soho, Lighthouse Outpost is a small, counter-style restaurant where you can count on finding seasonal specials and their classic aged grass-fed burger, which is topped with jalapeño mayo, onion, cheddar, pickles and tomato.
Other options on the current menu include ceviche, duck in pita, tomato gazpacho, a charcuterie plate, granola with matcha lane and cherries, and much more.
As stated on the Lighthouse BK website, the owners are “passionate about using grass-fed, free-range meat and poultry, responsibly harvested fish and seafood, and organic and sustainable products.” While the quality of the food is high at both Lighthouse locations, the counter service at Lighthouse Outpost makes it the perfect option if you’re in a rush, but want something that will be satisfying and healthy.
