In stark contrast to the quaint and quiet coffee shops of New York, there is Joe & the Juice. This Danish company has now opened a brick-and-mortar on 67 Prince Street in Soho just across from Starbucks. This beautifully designed space has plenty of seating, healthy breakfast and lunch options, and loud upbeat music. In fact, the music choice and volume is what makes this place feel so much different than your average coffee shop. As it is more reminiscent of a bar/lounge, you may find yourself having to raise your voice to communicate. If you’re tired of the soft ambiance of a standard coffee shop, the atmosphere in Joe & the Juice suggests that your mornings can be full of energy and tempo.
