Cadillac House is an evolving space to showcase and cultivate art and innovation. The house is comprised of a gallery space, retail pop-up store, café by JOE Coffee and working space and the latest Cadillac vehicles. The polished luxury aesthetic of Cadillac shines through in the House. The gleaming, light-flooded space is sleek and modern, but cultivates the ease of an open working space.
Cadillac houses is dedicated to what’s new and next in the arts, culture, fashion and culinary world. The gallery space will revolve mostly around contemporary art. Visionaire is the current guest for the gallery space with a series of “artist commercials” created for Visionaire’s 25th anniversary. A series of stations each with a television, a cultivated selection of Visionaire paraphernalia, and a unique overhead speaker are spotted throughout the darkened space.
Each film is based on the filmmaker’s favorite issue of Visionaire. One of my favorites is a short film of clips of Leonardo DiCaprio eating and drinking in his films. In another, Juliette Lewis delivers a chilling dance rendition of the seven deadly sins.
There were a variety of people enjoying the café and lounge space. Cadillac House, though fairly new, seems a successful space for young working people.
