Working closely with Bisazza, the industry’s leading producer of glass mosaic, and promote the new collections, Camron invited four design bloggers to join a breakfast and a workshop this morning in the London Showroom on Sloane Avenue.
The bloggers Jordon and Russel from 2 Lovely Gays, Kate Watson-Smyth from Mad About The House and Uli from Found Some Paper got hands on with Bisazza’s glass tiles to create their own bespoke mosaic.
They were provided with a tray and all the tools they needed to create their personalized handcrafted mosaic tile with the help of a highly-skilled installation expert. The bloggers had the opportunity to get closer into the mosaic world and find out more about Bisazza's latest collections from the techniques to the materials invloved.
During a tour around the showroom, the new collection from Studio Job was presented; a playful pattern where several skeletal figures create a dynamic fossilised dance. The tour also highlighted, two oriental inspired collections created with 24 carats tiles, ‘Jardin Gris’ by Patricia Urquiola and ‘Chinoiserie’ by Carlo Del Bianco.
