Alex Monsen is Camron's Concierge. The idea came about when Judy, while on her travels, noticed the quality of service and information offered by a select number of Hotel Concierges; often to the point that she would switch hotels should a favourite concierge move hotel. The personal aspect of help and the 'can do anything' approach that so engendered Judy's loyalty, has now been adapted to Camron.
