Tuesday night saw the launch of B&B&3* an exciting collaboration between B&B Italia and Wallpaper* magazine for the London Design Festival. The Wallpaper* team brought together the creative talents of Viktor & Rolf, Elmgreen & Dragset and Baron & Baron, who had been given an open brief to create a spectacular one-off edition of the Grande Papilio chair designed for B&B Italia by Naoto Fukasawa. The evening featured a range of incredible cocktails by Chivas Regal together with a special whiskey tasting Salon for the ultra special Chivas Regal 24. A special photo booth allowed guests to have their picture taken by photograper Melissa Stewart in a Grand Papilio chair.The exhibition is open to the public from Wednesday until Sunday, October 18th to coincide with both the London Design Festival and the Frieze Art Fair. The chairs will then be donated to the Terrence Higgins Trust for a special auction later in the year.
